Management System (QMS & EMS) Certification - If you've been tasked with the creation and implementation and certification of a QMS & EMS, then talk to us! If it's ISO 9001/14001, we can assist you. We provide gap audits, generation of Quality System and process documentation, internal audits, and training. Our experience provides the clients with a sound, easy to use Quality System, with very few (and often no) issues identified by the Registrars at the certification audit.

Process Mapping

key measures, metrics, objectives, and targets, and
interaction with other processes.
Depending on your objectives, a Process Map can represent the entire process at a high or detailed level, allowing detailed analysis and process optimization. Furthermore, a Process Map is an ideal instructional tool for assuring effective training and process consistency. Once Process Maps are established, an organization can work towards ensuring its processes are effective (the right process is followed the every time), and efficient (continually improved to ensure processes use the least amount of resources). Process Mapping is a core of QMS.
Traditional text procedures do not serve your QMS well. In general, they are long, confusing, unable to show parallel processes, unavailable (in binders), and require strong reading comprehension and retention skills. These issues are magnified in companies that must also contend with language and cultural differences.

Starting down the wrong path can be detrimental to budgets, morale, efficacy of the QMS, and the certification timetable.
First, Pro-Staffers LLC® Project Manager conducts a Documentation Review of your existing Management System. For this you are asked to provide your existing policies, procedures, and a master list of documents and records, if available. Then the Project Manager visits your location(s), interviews staff, research policies, and evaluate the existing business processes through the lens of ISO 9001.. The result of this review is a detailed report that identifies where your current practices meet requirements and where “gaps ” exist.
As an option, the Project Manager can also conduct an Executive Briefing and Process Discovery Session. The Executive Briefing is targeted to your management team and key implementation project participants. The Project Director reviews the results of the Gap Analysis while conducting a clause-by-clause review of the requirements of ISO 9001 and their applicability of the requirements to your business.
Finally, the Project Manager facilitates a Process Discovery Session to identify and rationalize your organization's Core and Support Processes. The output is a comprehensive set of processes (not procedures) that govern all activities of your organization. This set of processes is an input to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
